PROCESSING AND POSTAGE

All orders ship from Melbourne VIC, via Australia Post.

I generally post orders once or twice a week, please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed. Pre-order items take longer, please read the listing details on pre-order items for processing times.

DOMESTIC (Within Australia):

Most small/flat and cheap items (Stickers, Cards, A6-A4 Prints, Enamel Pins) are sent as standard untracked letters by default, however tracked postage upgrades are available during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL:

To keep postage price options affordable, sticker orders are sent as letters without tracking by default, and smaller items (including pins, washi tapes, Greeting Cards and Mini Prints) are sent as 'Economy Air Parcels' without tracking by default (an upgrade to tracked post is available during checkout).

Larger items (A5 and A4 Prints, wrapping paper, original art & handmade items) will be sent as an Australia Post Parcel with tracking.

Optional tracking is always recommended to avoid lost items; Hannakin is not responsible for loss of un-tracked items.

Original artwork, textiles and handmade/one of a kind items will always be sent with tracking both domestically and internationally for added security.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

* COVID-19 UPDATE *

Please anticipate potential delays due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and worldly events. The postal system is experiencing backlogs, and significant delays on delivery times are expected during this time.

DOMESTIC/AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

mostly arrive within 1-3 weeks of shipment, often sooner! (please note: processing time of 3-5 business days from date of order placement. Recommend allowing 2 weeks minimum for arrival).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

In "normal" times it is estimated parcels will take 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Current international orders with restrictions + backlogs are averaging 8 weeks, and I’ve experienced up to 10-14 week wait times (I know it’s a long time! But unfortunately there’s not a lot I can do about international postage delays and wait times)!

Shipping times are estimates only, I cannot guarantee postage arrival times.

Please be sure to provide the correct postal address. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address at checkout, parcels CANNOT be intercepted for address change.

The landscape of International shipping is constantly changing and I encourage all customers to practice patience and understanding with myself, other businesses and the mail services.

IMPORTANT VAT INFO

EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT TAXES and SERVICE FEES incurred by your country’s custom offices. This applies to all packages, no matter the package value.

I, Hanna Mancini, will not be collecting or remitting any VAT.

Because of this, you may experience some additional delays and additional processing fees. You will be able to check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying from my shop.

Additional taxes/fees/charges are the customer’s responsibility, and will need to be paid to the customs authority to claim your parcel. By purchasing from Hannakin you understand that I am not responsible for any additional import taxes, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
